Using a dog proof litter box is a perfect solution for nessy, over curious dogs. You will be able to keep your cat’s litter box out in the open and keep your dog out. These types of litter boxes are faily priced and won’t spend much more money then you would have on a traditional cat litter box.

I learned about your blog and visited it for the first time now. It’s good. I have 4 cats nowadays (and they have own dog lol), it’s kind of a menagerie at my property. But there is never a boring minute, that’s for certain. My preferred breed of cat is the Siamese, though actually I haven’t met a cat yet that I didn’t like, no matter of its breed
I think this is a great idea. My dog is always making a mess of my cat’s litter box. Are these much more expensive than a common, run of the mill litter box?
Dog proof litter boxes only work if you have a small and very stupid dog. I tried one of these out and my dog didn’t only get into it but he knocked it down trying to get inside. It was an even bigger mess than when I had a regular litter box…
